How HomeBook handles personal information when you use our website and services.
This is the Privacy & Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) of HomeBook Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 14723792 whose registered office is 1 Bell Lane, Lewes, England, BN7 1JU (hereafter “HomeBook”, “we” or “us”). This Policy describes the ways in which HomeBook collects and uses information about you when you use our website at www.home-book.co.uk (the “Website”), or access our mobile application (the “App”).
HomeBook may change this Policy at any time and whilst it will tell you about what it feels are key changes to the Policy, please check it regularly to keep up to date. If you do not wish to accept the new Policy you should stop using the Website and/or the App (as applicable). If you continue to use the Website and/or the App after the changes, your continued use shows us your agreement to be bound by the new Policy.

- Calendly, when you choose to use the linked scheduling service to book a product walkthrough;
- an analytics provider, only if optional analytics are configured and you give consent;
- professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is necessary or required by law; and
- a buyer or successor in connection with a proposed sale, restructuring or transfer of all or part of HomeBook’s business, subject to appropriate protection for your information.

HomeBook is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites, even if you access them via the Website or App, or if they are used by HomeBook to provide its services through the App. You should check the policy of each site you visit and contact its owner or operator if you have concerns or questions.

HomeBook has implemented technology and policies to safeguard your privacy from unauthorised access and improper use.
6. Storage and data retention
Our service providers may process information in the United Kingdom and in other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, HomeBook will use an appropriate safeguard required by data-protection law. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting and security requirements.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website uses technology that is necessary to deliver pages, maintain security and provide requested features. It does not use advertising cookies.
